STUDIO SESSION BOOKING FORM & AGREEMENT
Thank you for booking your studio session with Image and Events Photography. We look forward to welcoming you to the studio and creating photographs you’ll treasure for years to come.
This form confirms the details of your booking and helps ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
- Booking & Session Fees
A £125 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee reserves the photographer, studio and your exclusive session time and is credited towards the first hour of your photography session.
Your booking is confirmed once the booking fee and signed agreement have been received.
Studio Fees (including photographer and studio)
- First hour: £125
- Additional time: £75 per hour (or part thereof)
Unless otherwise agreed, any outstanding balance is payable on the day of the session.
We may offer sales or package promotions from time to time.
- Appointment Times
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Sessions commence at the agreed booking time regardless of arrival time.
If your session extends beyond the booked time and studio availability allows, additional time will be charged at £75 per hour (or part thereof).
- Image Selection & Editing
To help us provide the quickest turnaround, image selections are normally made during your session.
Any additional editing or retouching requested after the session will be quoted separately before work commences.
- Delivery of Images
Professionally edited images are normally delivered within 7-10 working days of your session, provided image selections have been completed.
During particularly busy periods, or where additional editing is requested, delivery times may be slightly longer. We will always keep you informed of any delays.
- Rescheduling & Cancellation
If you need to change your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Appointments rescheduled more than 21 days before the session date will normally have the booking fee transferred to a new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received within 21 days of the session date may result in the booking fee being retained.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will always do our best to be as accommodating as possible.

Copyright of all photographs remains the property of Image and Events Photography in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, supplied images are licensed for personal use only. Commercial use, publication or reproduction requires prior written permission.
- Safety & Liability
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children attending the session.
Clients are asked to take reasonable care while using studio facilities, props and equipment. Damage caused through negligence will be chargeable.
Every reasonable care is taken during your session and in the handling of your photographs. However, Image and Events Photography cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including equipment failure, power interruptions, severe weather or other unforeseen events.
Should a session need to be cancelled by us due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability will be limited to rescheduling the appointment or refunding any monies paid.
