Pricing and Session Options

We know that every photo session is different, and what works for one person may not be right for another. That’s why we’re always happy to put together a package that suits you.

Some clients know exactly what they want before they arrive – perhaps a selection of digital images, some beautiful prints, or a combination of both. Others prefer to see their photographs first and then decide. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with either approach.

At the end of your session, we’ll show you your photographs on our viewing screens. You can then take your time choosing your favourites and deciding whether you’d like digital images, prints, or both.

If you’re new to us and would simply like an idea of typical prices, we’ve included a few examples below. These are just examples, though – we’re very happy to provide a quote based on exactly what you would like.

£165 Classic Package Deal – Prints + Digital Images

• One 10″ × 8″ print, supplied in a standard 14″ × 11″ mount.
• Five 7″ × 5″ prints, each supplied in a standard 10″ × 8″ mount.
• Digital copies of your six selected images
• Digital images supplied electronically at 2400 pixels on the longest side.

£299  Digital Package Deal – Digital Images Only

• Approximately 15–20 digital images
• Images supplied electronically at 2400 pixels on the longest side.
• Additional prints can be ordered if you decide you’d like some after your session.

Our standard studio sessions last a maximum of 2 hours and include your own time with the photographer, as well as access to private changing facilities. If the session is likely to overrun, you will be given the option to end at the appointed time or extend your session accordingly. This option is subject to there being no other appointments scheduled against the times you require. Each additional hour, or part hour, is charged at £75.

Once your photographs have been taken, we’ll sit down together and look through them on our viewing screens. You can choose your favourite images and decide which products or digital images you would like.

Digital images are supplied electronically, while prints are normally ready for collection or delivery within 10–14 days.

Additional Prints

If you’d like additional prints, our typical prices are:

7″ × 5″ print, supplied in a standard 10″ × 8″ mount  – £15 each.

10″ × 8″ print, supplied in a standard 14″ × 11″ mount  – £25 each.

We can also provide larger prints, enlargements, and a range of framing options. These are priced individually depending on the size and finish you choose. If you want to organise your own prints, canvas or wall art, the master digitals are available to purchase at £95 each.

There are plenty of examples of our prints, frames, and other products available to see in the studio and viewing room, so you can see exactly what’s available before making a decision. Most importantly, there’s no need to decide everything before your session. This is your photo shoot, and we’re here to help you choose what works best for you.

Commercial Studio sessions

Commercial studio sessions are priced according to the amount of studio time required. These sessions assume that the client or company provides the artistic direction and requirements for the shoot.

Studio and photographer:

• First hour – £125
• Each additional hour, or part hour – £75
• Minimum booking – 3 hours

If your project has additional requirements, we’ll be happy to discuss these with you and provide a quotation.

Photography away from studio.

For assignments outside the studio – including weddings, family celebrations, sporting events, theatre productions, and other special occasions – we provide a personalised quotation.

The cost will depend on what you need from us and may include things such as:

• How long you need the photographer.
• The type of photography required.
• The location
• Travel time and expenses.
• Set-up and break-down time (typically 1 hour)
• The number of photographs required.
• Prints, digital images, galleries, or other products will all be costed to meet your requirements.

Every commission is different, so rather than trying to fit you into a standard package, we’ll talk through what you need and give you a clear, straightforward quotation. Typical pricing for attendance is £125 for the first hour, then £75 per hour, or part hour thereafter.

Non-refundable Booking fee

Unfortunately, we’ve experienced an increasing number of appointments where clients have not turned up, sadly, without any prior notification.

To help us manage our studio time and make sure appointments are available for those who want them, we now ask for a £125 non-refundable booking fee.

The fee is payable one week before your appointment and secures your booking.

The good news is that the £125 isn’t an additional cost. It will be deducted from the final cost of your photographs and products, which is payable at the end of your session.
